At EJ's Bikes, we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping options and delivery times.
Processing & Dispatch All orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders are typically dispatched the same or next working day after your order is placed.

Delivery Information Deliveries are made to UK addresses only. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with any available tracking information. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering, as we're unable to redirect parcels once they've been dispatched.
Delays While we always aim to meet the delivery times above, delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, adverse weather, or carrier issues. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at ejsbikes1@gmail.com and we'll be happy to help.
